Whats your motivation?

1) Make sure the LOCATION  is within Your Driving Parameter. You want to make any interactions and experiences for yourself and your clients as easy and CONVENIENT as possible. 

2) Find a brokerage that SUPPORTS YOUR LIMITATIONS. Not Tech Savvy, is your new broker?

3) Do you LIKE OR COMMUNICATE WELL with the broker and the brokers agents?

4) Does the broker have actual MENTORS OR LEADERS who would be great resources when needing to answer questions?

 

5) WOULD YOU USE this brokerage to sell or buy based of its website, reputation and your interactions?

 

6) Know your BUDGET and brass tax. While all commission splits are not created equal, what is your real annual cost of doing business? 

 

7) Do you have proper TRAINING OFFERED? If you have training do you have to pay for it or is it included with other fees?
